Job Summary
Seasonal Line Cook responsible for quickly and accurately preparing menu items to specification, assisting in prep, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, controlling waste, and supporting daily operations and events. Must have strong knowledge of food preparation, storage procedures, sanitation standards, and operate kitchen equipment; must be 18+ with basic interpersonal and communication skills. Will plan and carry out manager’s list for next-day needs, assist with putting away orders, and provide guest service as needed. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to portion control and quality, with ServSafe certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service experience
