Job Summary
Conduct high-volume cooking across all stations in a full-service casual dining environment, preparing authentic Tuscan cuisine including large pizzas, bolognese, carbonara, and lasagna from scratch using seasonal, local produce. Utilize an in-house herb garden for fresh ingredients and operate industrial gas-fired stone pizza ovens. Maintain quality standards and detail-oriented execution while working morning, evening, or weekend shifts. Full-time medical benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and meal discounts are available.
