Job Summary

Line Cook needed at Ani Ramen House to prepare all food items per recipes, follow standard procedures and proper plating, set up workstation per company standards, maintain cleanliness, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, adhere to sanitation codes, and support the culinary team with tasks from the Kitchen Manager. Requires experience in cooking or culinary arts, knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work well in teams. Position available at a Summit, NJ location with in-person work; schedules include Monday–Friday with night shifts and weekend availability.
