Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing all food items according to recipes and brand standards, following proper plating and portion guidelines, setting up workstation per standards, maintaining cleanliness, operating standard kitchen equipment safely, adhering to sanitation and food production codes, and assisting the culinary team with tasks as requested by the Kitchen manager. Must follow all recipes and plating techniques, be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, and have availability for the stated schedule (Monday to Friday with night shifts and weekend availability).
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
