Job Summary
Line Cook at Montana’s Lloydminster responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality BBQ items using standardized recipes and portion sizes. Tasks include completing line checks to ensure adequate prep for service, maintaining outstanding food quality, plating to specifications for a great dining experience, and performing opening/closing procedures. Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and follow all Food Safety policies; complete Food Safety logs as required. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, social and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule. Bonus points for previous Line Cook experience and readiness to obtain Food Safety certification within 3 months.
