Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing and cooking food following company specifications, setting up stations, ensuring recipe compliance and plating quality, coordinating food orders for timely delivery, maintaining station cleanliness and safety, supporting cross-training across line, prep, and dish stations, and adhering to company policies; requires 6 months to 1 year of prep/line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant and familiarity with cooking techniques, knife safety, safe food handling, and maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year minimum as a prep/line cook in a full-service, high volume restaurant OR equivalent combination of education and experience
