Job Summary
Prepares food according to specifications, works line in stations as needed, and prepares all food in the hotel in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner. Maintains kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment meeting federal, state, corporate, and franchise standards. Controls portions and waste to meet food cost guidelines while producing all food for the hotel. Requires at least three years of cooking experience in a high-volume environment with hotel or full-service restaurant preference.

- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- At least 3 years of cooking experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
