Job Summary
Major Food Group seeks experienced Line Cooks to maintain high standards of cuisine and professionalism. Responsibilities include setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, cooking menu items, following chef’s instructions, cleaning up the station, managing inventory, and ensuring high quality and timely food service. A minimum of 2 years' experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants is preferred, alongside a culinary diploma or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
