Job Summary
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; prepare food for service (vegetables, meats, sauces); cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team; follow executive/sous chef instructions; clean stations and manage leftovers; stock inventory; ensure food comes out high quality and on time. Requires 2 years of experience in high-volume or fine-dining environments and a culinary diploma or equivalent; strong teamwork, communication, and culinary skills are essential. Required Qualifications
