Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing assigned meals per established recipes and standards, ensuring proper plating and presentation, maintaining food safety records and sanitation, managing inventory with the Chef, supporting kitchen organization, and contributing to a collaborative, efficient kitchen environment. Will work under the guidance of the Chef Manager/F&B Director, participate in staff training opportunities, and adhere to all regulatory requirements while embracing a positive, growth-focused workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
- Professional appearance & hygiene
- Adherence to sanitation protocols
- Teamwork and collaboration in kitchen
- Ability to follow established recipes and standards
