Line Cook responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and standards in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include following food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, setting up and stocking stations, ensuring attractive presentation, assisting with ingredient preparation and future meal prep, monitoring inventory and communicating shortages, adhering to portion control to minimize waste, and assisting in training junior kitchen staff. Requires 2 years of line cook experience, knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment, ability to work under pressure, a collaborative attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
