Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing menu items per recipes in a fast-paced Life Time Bistro, maintaining kitchen and Life Time cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety. Must follow recipes for consistency and quality, manage production flow with sandwich and salad stations, and comply with health/safety guidelines. Requires High School Diploma or GED; ability to lift >20 lbs; comfortable standing for long periods. Certifications: ServSafe within 90 days and CPR/AED within 30 days. Preferred experience in fast casual or full-service restaurants.
