Job Summary
Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards; showcase plating and presentation. Maintain temperature charts and food safety records, adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control. Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations; assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas; ensure first-in, first-out food rotation and proper dating. Support Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and staff training; uphold regulatory requirements and Civitas standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Required Qualifications
- Have experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
