Job Summary
Line Cook at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group: follow detailed recipes to prepare dishes, maintain food and beverage quality, assist with monthly inventories to reduce breakage, organize prep items from different areas for service, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, restock items and store according to Health Department and hotel requirements. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1-2 years kitchen experience, Spanish fluency, and relevant food service permits; emphasizes leadership, customer service, culinary ability, and planning/organization. Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of kitchen experience
