Line Cook

Seasonal Line Cook at Liberty National Golf Club. Prepare and serve all required food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards. Set up service units and prep cook station with needed items; maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations; ensure kitchen security per company policy. Requisition items and store leftovers properly. Maintain professional appearance and personal cleanliness. Requires flexibility to work nights/weekends; 1 year culinary experience preferred, preferably in golf. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills expected; team-oriented with a professional demeanor. Respond with resume.
