Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items at Mon Ami Gabi in Las Vegas. Follow prescribed recipes and/or special requests, read a thermometer correctly, and maintain food safety and quality standards. Available to work a variety of hours including weekends; multitask calmly under pressure; stand and move for entire shifts; safely operate knives and kitchen tools; communicate delays or issues to Coordinator; manage portioning controls and par levels; ensure allergy procedures are followed; follow safety, sanitation, and Employee Handbook rules; be a team player and perform other duties as assigned.
