Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and timing during service. Assist with daily prep, proper ingredient storage, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries to minimize waste and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures while maintaining a clean, organized station. Collaborate with the culinary leadership team and fellow cooks to support efficient workflows and uphold high kitchen culture standards. This role requires 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume environment, with a focus on portioning accuracy and equipment care.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- solid understanding of prep, service, and station management
- Strong foundation in cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation

- Ability to lift up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly

- Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods
- Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment
