Line Cook / Kitchen Team

Conduct high-volume line cooking, sauté, grill, and food preparation duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Manage back-of-house tasks including concinero/cocinera and Jefe/jefa level production to ensure quality output for guests. Requires 18 years of age or older, eligibility to work in the US, and previous culinary experience strongly preferred.
