Job Summary
Line Cook at The Oxford Tap in Oxford, MI. Responsibilities include setting up kitchen stations, cooking assigned portions, assisting with food prep, maintaining pace with other cooks, helping teammates who fall behind, assembling dishes with proper garnishes, plating for visual appeal, ensuring sanitation and organization, wrapping unused items and closing the station, and cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen area at shift end. Must multitask efficiently, communicate in English, be at least 16, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; lifting 10-55 lbs and standing for extended periods are required.
