Job Summary
Line Cook II (PT) at The SOMM Hotel & Spa prepares and reads recipes, conducts inventory, and adheres to sanitation and safe food handling standards. Works with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency of food items. Must have reading comprehension of recipes, knife skills, and the ability to adjust preparations for flavor while accommodating customer needs in a timely manner. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, daily pay options, and discounted lodging/dining/spa. Eligible for hourly pay of $25.00 with a strong emphasis on collaboration, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous cooking experience and a State Food Handler’s License are required.
