Line Cook – Hard Rock Cafe Miami focused on high-quality line work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities include: making prep recipes and cooking menu products to specification; receiving and ordering products; properly labeling, dating, and refrigerating prepped items; performing opening, closing, and side duties such as setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo, dish room, and back dock areas; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen; upholding safety and sanitation standards; reading items on order tickets or the Kitchen Display System; assembling orders and verifying product quality; applying in-depth product knowledge; handling re-cook, special prep, large party, and voucher group procedures; contributing to a sense of urgency and teamwork in a creative, iconic hospitality culture.
