Job Summary
Line Cook position at Hotel Renegade (Geronimo Hospitality Group) responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality menu items, coordinating with the Chef to ensure consistent plating, and maintaining kitchen operations during prime service. Required Qualifications
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)
- You have at least one year of Kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
- You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
- You have legible handwriting
- You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- You are regularly able to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- You are able to lift, carry, and deliver boxes and items that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- You are able to smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
