Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for setting up and stocking food items, preparing items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces, and cooking with grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to meet recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, sanitize surfaces, assist with inventory checks and logs, and work shifts typically 8 hours with occasional 10-hour shifts including weekends; role involves standing for long periods and a 50 lb weightlifting requirement. Lodging, food & beverage discounts, and uniform cleaning/maintenance provided. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two years of cooking experience (line/restaurant/prep), and a Culinary Arts certificate is preferred. Background screening required.
