Job Summary

Line Cook responsible for efficiently preparing food items, applying food safety and sanitation practices, weighing/measuring ingredients according to recipes, properly preparing meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods, reviewing daily assignments with supervisor, planning for anticipated demand during shift, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment, maintaining line and par levels per current menu, and assisting with inventory and logs as needed. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in work, and learn new cooking techniques and menu items.
