Job Summary
Line Cook at Hillwood Country Club in Nashville, TN. Work closely with Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Line Cooks to service three dining spaces, plan seasonal menus and daily specials, and maintain a fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen. Role involves collaborating with Sous Chefs, creating menu items using seafood, produce, and prime beef, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
