Job Summary
Plan, prep, and execute recipes for menu items and specials while managing your station with professionalism and excellence. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, strictly adhering to state regulations and departmental policies. Operate, clean, and maintain all kitchen equipment, ensuring accurate execution under high-volume pressure. Work cohesively with the team to meet production schedules and timelines for client food orders.
Required Qualifications

- Work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for client food orders
- Ability to follow and execute recipes accurately
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team with a great attitude and support
- Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral form
- Strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures
- 2+ years in a Line Cook role
- High volume, scratch, or upscale kitchen experience
- Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time
- Ability to carry and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Previous restaurant experience
