Line Cook

Line Cook at Arcadia Tavern within Square One Concepts group. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards, setting up and stocking the line station before shifts, utilizing grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and baking techniques, maintaining deep menu knowledge, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring order accuracy and timely preparation, coordinating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service, conducting quality control, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Performs other related duties as assigned.
