Execute all recipe procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow safety and sanitation policies. Communicate ticket times to team members and keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen while contributing to a safe environment. Use slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Friendly demeanor and quick thinking required; prior food service experience preferred.
