Job Summary

Prepare a la carte food items while ensuring all specifications and standards are met. Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions, follow standardized recipes, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies. Complete pre-shift work and properly close down stations. Demonstrate skill in cooking techniques, work effectively with a team, and uphold integrity in a regulated environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years line experience in high volume restaurant industry
