The role involves cooking and completing items in a timely manner, preparing and maintaining clean and organized workstations, operating kitchen equipment, ensuring sanitation standards, stocking and organizing supplies, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes from the menu. The ideal candidate is a skilled, organized, and creative cook who communicates well, stays detail-oriented, and maintains a tidy work environment while preparing, cooking, and arranging food.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior experience as a Cook
- Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment
- Must be skilled in various cooking techniques
- Must know and follow sanitation procedures
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills
- Must showcase great organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly
- Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
