Job Summary
BOH Line Cook responsibilities include cooking and completing items in a timely manner, using kitchen equipment, cleaning and breakdown of the station, arranging and organizing stations on the line, and maintaining a clean workspace. The role requires preparing, cooking, and arranging food with attention to detail, strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to delight customers with menu offerings. Must have prior line cook experience and be able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
