Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for the preparation, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing of all foods during an assigned shift, following established recipes and production specifications. Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen in accordance with state health regulations; collaborate with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, FOH, and other staff to ensure efficient operations; execute multiple orders with quality and food safety compliance; demonstrate knowledge of menus and flexibility to work across Food & Beverage outlets; adhere to Gaming Regulations and obtain necessary licenses (GRA) when required. Also includes participating in a team-oriented environment that values inclusion and professional growth, with rotating full-time schedules and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with a minimum of one (1) year of cooking experience preferred.
