Job Summary
Line Cook position on the Springville campus responsible for assisting in food production, cooking main dishes, desserts, and appetizers, plating and packaging, and helping with kitchen station setups. Responsibilities include maintaining the kitchen and garden tasks (harvesting, pruning, weeding), and adhering to food safety standards. Training on soft skills and company processes provided; the role requires a 1+ year line cook background, a high school diploma or higher, and preferred culinary schooling or certifications. Candidates should be able to work with a team in a daytime, mostly Monday–Friday schedule and meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Describes guest/customer service awareness as a plus and emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a positive work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of line cook experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Provide Food handlers certificate
