Job Summary
Line cook will provide excellent hospitality experiences through careful preparation and cooking of food items while interacting with guests and team members. Responsibilities include daily kitchen maintenance and cleanliness, preparing and cooking a wide range of items (soups, salads, meats, fish, gravies, vegetables, desserts, sauces, casseroles), carving and portioning meats, stocking and maintaining product levels, completing prep and dishwashing duties, communicating observations to coworkers and management, upholding environmental stewardship, and maintaining safety and punctuality. The role supports a busy, high-volume kitchen environment and requires teamwork, organization, and attention to detail. Staff accommodation is available. Wage starts at $21.00/hour on a full-time, year-round basis beginning August 3, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience required
- Completion of a culinary certificate or equivalent in work experience, an asset
- Food Safe required
