Job Summary
Line Cook at SSP America located at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, WI. Responsible for following recipes, portion control, setting up and maintaining kitchen stations, requisitioning and stocking food and condiments, rotating products, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality of served items. Requires at least 18 years old, one year of line cooking experience, and basic English proficiency; high school diploma preferred. Demonstrates ability to read orders, communicate with guests, perform calculations, and work in a Back of House environment with health standards compliance.
