Job Summary
Line Cook in a hotel kitchen responsible for prepping ingredients and cooking a variety of dishes (meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads) using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment; follow Standard Recipe Card, maintain cleanliness and sanitary workstation; adhere to 4 Keys service standards, SOPs, safety and hotel policies; work cohesively with coworkers and departments as part of a team; flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends; wage of $18/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months kitchen experience preferred.
