Job Summary
Line Cook at Peregrine Hospitality unit Flipside Pizza: responsible for the preparation of food orders across various kitchen stations, ensuring recipes are followed and dishes are prepared efficiently and consistently. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment; open and close duties, station setup, and inventory requisitioning; communicate with front-of-house for menu modifications based on available products; accommodate dietary and allergy requirements; collaborate with team across departments and uphold safety, security, and service standards (4 Keys). Requires ability to work under pressure, follow recipes, and maintain adherence to safety and sanitation protocols; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; continuous focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. This role is an on-site position at Clearwater, FL location.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a current permit or food safety certification as required by the local government
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and guests
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Work well under pressure and in challenging conditions while collaborating with team
- Adhere to safety, security, and hygiene procedures including PPE usage
- Must be able to communicate in the primary workplace language
