Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as directed by the shift lead chef across multiple stations. Rotate through entrée, side dish, dessert, and appetizer prep, plate garnishing, and food portioning; work with other line cooks to ensure timely execution of orders and proper rotation from storage to prep to line. Support shift-changeover to ensure orders are filled, maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, and comply with sanitation standards. Attend required training to improve cooking skills and follow food handling regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant culinary qualification and experience in either a hotel, resort, or quality restaurant
- Serv Safe certifications (can be acquired after employment)
- Ability to read write and speak, and communicate in basic English preferred
