Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as directed by the shift lead; rotate through stations (entrée, side dish, dessert, appetizer) and assist with timely order fulfillment; collaborate with line cooks and kitchen staff to manage food rotation from storage to prep to line; participate in shift changeover to ensure all orders are fulfilled; maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and observe sanitation rules; attend required training to enhance cooking skills; follow proper food handling regulations and contamination controls; strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure in a high-intensity kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant culinary qualification and experience in either a hotel, resort, or quality restaurant
- Serv Safe certifications (can be acquired after employment)
