Job Summary

Line Cook responsibilities across meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment; ensure standard portion sizes, cooking methods and quality standards; stock and maintain adequate food at line stations; maintain a clean, sanitary work area; follow plate presentation and garnish setup; handle and rotate products properly; assist with food prep during off-peak periods; assist with closing duties and uphold safety and sanitation policies; requires clear communication with managers and team members and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20+ pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen preparation and /or cooking
  • Clear communication with managers, kitchen and team-members
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20+ pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
