Line Cook (Experienced)

Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies before service begins. Prepare food for service by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and creating sauces using specialized tools. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff while answering and following instructions from executive or sous chefs. Ensure all equipment and ingredients are correctly arranged prior to starting work.
