Line Cook

Part Time Line Cook needed to support Evergreen Events at the campus-based Milky Way Cafe and new Reception Hall/Event Center. Responsibilities include preparing meals per recipes, minimizing waste, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, operating dishwashing and storing food per health standards, accounting for FIFO stock, and assisting the Café Supervisor with production for campus events. Must be able to work in a team, demonstrate reliability, and provide excellent customer service to guests. Requires food-safety responsibilities, ability to handle multiple tasks, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities to grow toward a kitchen supervisor role are noted. OLCC license and Food Handlers Card are required or obtainable within 30 days of hire. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior restaurant experience preferred.
