Job Summary
Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to match recipes and quality standards, ensuring dishes are cooked to order with proper presentation. Maintain a clean, organized workstation, monitor ingredient storage and freshness, coordinate with kitchen teammates for timely service, adhere to health and safety regulations, assist with inventory and notify Kitchen Manager of low stock, and support overall kitchen workflow. Strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required.
- State Food Handler certificate required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
