Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing and cooking menu items per recipes and quality standards; ensure dishes are made to order with proper presentation; maintain a clean, organized workstation; monitor ingredient availability and proper storage; ensure correct temperatures and safety compliance; coordinate with kitchen team to manage workflow and timely service; assist with inventory and notify management of low stock; adhere to health and safety regulations; requires strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork and communication; HS diploma or equivalent preferred, culinary training a plus, 18+ years old, and state food handler certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
- State Food Handler certificate required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
