Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards; ensure dishes are made to order with proper presentation and correct temperatures; maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper storage of ingredients; monitor food quality and freshness; coordinate with kitchen team to manage orders and ensure timely service; adhere to health and safety regulations; assist with inventory checks and notify the Kitchen Manager of low stock; ensure proper food storage; perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager; requires strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork, understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations; 18+ age requirement; state food handler certificate; prior line cook experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
- State Food Handler certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training or certification a plus
