Job Summary
Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas: Prepare and cook menu items to order per recipes and quality standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, monitor quality and temperature, collaborate with the kitchen team for timely service, follow health and safety regulations, assist with inventory and stock levels, and contribute to a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must have high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), state food handler certification, and prior line cook experience; 18+ years old; availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- State Food Handler certificate required
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
