Job Summary
Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas prepares and cooks menu items to order, ensures dishes meet quality standards and presentation guidelines, and maintains a clean, organized workstation. Collaborates with kitchen teammates to coordinate orders, monitors food quality and temperature, adheres to health and safety regulations, assists with inventory, and supports operations during holidays, nights, and weekends. Requires strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork, and must be at least 18 with a State Food Handler certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
- State Food Handler certificate required
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
