Job Summary
Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to recipes and quality standards; maintain a clean, organized workstation; coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service; monitor food quality and temperatures; adhere to health and safety regulations; assist with inventory and notify Kitchen Manager of low stock; communicate effectively with the team to manage kitchen workflow and prioritize tasks; must be 18+ with a State Food Handler certificate and be available to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
- State Food Handler certificate required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
