Job Summary

Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to recipe standards, ensuring dishes are made to order with proper presentation and temperatures, maintaining a clean workstation, coordinating with kitchen staff for timely service, adhering to health and safety regulations, assisting with inventory, and supporting the Kitchen Manager as needed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (state food handler certificate required), be at least 18, and be available to work holidays, nights, and weekends; culinary training or certification is a plus. Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation are essential; must lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.
