Job Summary
Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to recipes and quality standards, ensuring dishes are made to order with proper presentation and correct temperatures. Maintain a clean, organized workstation; ensure ingredients are stocked and properly stored; monitor quality and freshness; coordinate with kitchen teammates to ensure timely service; adhere to health and safety regulations; assist with inventory and notify the Kitchen Manager of low stock. Requires strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork, and knowledge of food safety. State Food Handler certificate required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ with availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
